The Geschwister-Scholl-Institute of Political Science (GSI) is one of the most renowned political science institutes in Europe. We are looking for you:

Research Associate in the fields of International Relations, with a specialization in the international governance of emerging technologies (m/f/x)

in München

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Teaching and student supervision at the BA level (3,25 SWS per semester) in the field of International Relations
• Administrative support of the Chair
• Opportunity to contribute to the Chair’s research agenda and to carry out independent research, e.g., a doctoral thesis

Your qualifications:

• Excellent degree and thesis in Political Science (MA or equivalent), with a focus on International Relations. Expertise in the international governance of emerging technologies is particularly welcome
• Excellent English language skills
• Experience in undergraduate teaching in International Relations
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
