About us:

The DFG-funded Collaborative Research Centre SHARP ‘Simulation-based learning in higher education: Advancing research on process diagnostics and persona-lised interventions’ contributes to theory-building on personalising learning using simulations in higher education. As a joint research context, SHARP focuses on diagnosing and intervening as two highly relevant professional practices in many academic professions.

The Central Administrative Project Z is currently looking for a scientific coordinator. The position is located at the Department of Psychology, Chair of Education and Educational Psychology (Prof. Frank Fischer).

We are looking for you:

Scientific Coordinator (m/f/x)

in Munich

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • organising workshops and other events,
  • supporting dissemination and science transfer,
  • coordinating gender equality measures,
  • supporting early career researchers and international networking,
  • supporting Open Science measures in the primary research projects,
  • supporting standardisation (e.g. measurement instruments) across projects.

Your qualifications:

  • You have a very good Master´s degree in the field of psychology, educational science, or learning sciences or related fields.
  • You are interested in interdisciplinary collaboration and working in research teams.
  • Prior experience in managing collaborative research projects is considered an advantage.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken German and English is required.
