The LMU is seeking an experienced scientist to support the strategic development of its Core Facilities (CFs) in the life sciences, medicine, and veterinary medicine. Your place of work will be at the Biomedical Center (BMC) on Campus Martinsried.

This position is part of a two-year project aimed at optimizing the organization, governance, and visibility of LMU’s Core Facilities to enhance research efficiency and international competitiveness.
The successful candidate will work closely with faculty members, Core Facility managers, and external partners to assess the current landscape, develop best practices, and implement sustainable operational models. As part of this project, you will assess and improve existing Core Facility structures, implement best practices, develop governance models, and facilitate industry collaborations.
