The LMU Munich School of Management is one of the leading business administration faculties internationally. The Professorship for Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Sustainability focuses on fostering creative thinking and innovative approaches to enable students to develop solutions to complex challenges. Student Assistant (m/f/x)

in Munich

Your tasks and responsibilities:

We are looking for highly motivated students to help us with a wide variety of tasks related to teaching and research at the institute for up to eight hours per week.

• Assist with organizational and administrative processes, including event planning and coordination, etc.
• Support communication, networking, and development activities (website, social media, external partners)
• Support research activities, including literature reviews, teaching materials, and project-related tasks

Your qualifications:

• Independent and well-structured working style with strong communication skills
• Strong interest in entrepreneurship research, teaching, and practice
• Proficiency in standard digital tools (e.g. MS Office, Zoom)
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Creativity and interest in design and communication
• Experience with literature reviews and quantitative and/or qualitative data analysis is an advantage
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree at LMU or another German university
• Motivated and responsible, with a willingness to drive your own sub-projects
• Organized, a team player, self-reliant, and detail-oriented
• Available for eight hours per week
