We are looking for you:

Student assistants for support in data collection and analysis (m/f/x)

in Munich

Your tasks and responsibilities:

We are looking for support at our survey research projects focusing on attitudes and behavior patterns with respect to privacy, for instance in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. The projects encompass both the collection and the analysis of quantitative data.

  • supporting data collection (e.g., programming questionnaires with Unipark or Qualtrics)

  • data analysis with R

  • other project-related work, such as literature research and organizational activities

Your qualifications:

  • (Very) good academic performance

  • Basic knowledge of survey research and good knowledge of quantitative analysis methods. Experience with Unipark or Qualtrics is not required

  • Basic knowledge in R or willingness to acquire such skills quickly

  • Good command of English

  • Enrollment in a Bachelor’s (at least fourth semester) or Master’s program in social sciences (e.g. sociology, political science, economics), data science, computer science, statistics/mathematics, or similar


5-10 hours / week
