The Chair of Metaphysics is a vibrant center of research at LMU Munich, which hosts regular workshops, a colloquium series, and other events through the academic year.

We are looking for you:

PhD student (m/f/x)

in Munich

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Doctoral research on a topic relevant to the chair
• Assistance with teaching

Your qualifications:

Applicants must have a Masters in Philosophy or Philosophy of Science and prior expertise in metaphysics, especially where this overlaps with the philosophy of science. Applicants should have at least a B2-level in German and be prepared to assist with teaching in German.

Benefits:

Remuneration is based on the TV-L E13 pay scale (65%). Applications from women and members of underrepresented groups are expressly welcome.
